- Required medication - please ensure your child has any required medication with them at all times (for example: epi pen or inhaler) and that the coach is aware of any related underlying conditions

Uniforms
- K-1 program participants will be provided a program t-shirt and are not required to purchase a uniform
- Grade 2-8:
- players will need to purchase (if do not already have) a Hillsborough Jr Raiders Field Hockey/Lacrosse uniform
- uniforms (reversible top and kilt) are purchased through Universal Lacrosse at an approximate cost of $62; numbers are assigned by Jr Raiders directors
- Note: we are currently using the same uniforms from the 2019 Field Hockey (and current 2021 Lacrosse season)
- Players will require a light and a dark pair of socks--color guidance will be provided by coaches early season
Other apparel
Our season runs the full spectrum of weather--from blistering hot August evenings straight through to frosty November mornings. Girls should be prepared with layered apparel appropriate for the elements whether it be shorts, leggings, short or long sleeves, and even thermal undergarments where appropriate for later season engagements. Girls should wear appropriate undergarments (top and bottom) that will allow them to reverse their uniform or pinnie on the field, as required.
